Question Favorite WebMail App?

What is your favorite webmail app and why?

I'm looking for a good app to use for my work. Right now I have Squirrelmail setup and its ok, but I'm looking for more.

- I want an app that will work with IMAP/SMTP.
- I want an app that will integrate with SpamAssassin (allow users to change settings, like the SquirrelMail plugin)
- I want an app that allows reading/composing HTML messages

- And last, but certainly not least, I want an app that has a nice, clean, professional look to it.

The only reason I don't really like squirrelmail is because it looks very plain. I haven't been able to find any themes/styles for it without paying for one.

So if someone knows of a place to find free styles/themes for Squirrelmail, let me know
