Favorite CD Ripping program

I'm looking for another cd ripping program to try out. With Grip I cannot choose what directory to rip to, nor can I specify how I want my file and folder names to be formatted. Sound Juicer takes up all my system resources and only rips at around 0.2x.

Any suggestions?

you can configure how files are named and where they are placed in grip, under config=>rip (and encode for setting location of encoded files), the field "rip file format allow you to customise this, for example my setting is

/mp3s/Albums/%A/%d/%t %a - %n.%x

which corresponds to files being placed in /mp3s/Albums/"artist"/"album_name"/track_no artist - track title.encoded file extension (e.g. mp3,ogg)
