Fatal IO error 104
ok this is what im getting. but let me tell you. I am brand new to linux, so bare with me.

Fatal server error:
no screens found
XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X server ":0.0"
after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
thats basically it i am using slackware XFree86 Version 4.2.0 / X Windows System
so if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it alot

hi there
when the error is displayed at that time u can do this
ctrl+alt+(+,-) 3-4 times
maybe u switch to a different screen

now u can work with ur /etc/X11/XF86config file
