Fail2ban - exclude address

Is it possible to exclude an address from getting blocked via fail2ban?

Without knowing anything more about fail2ban than a quick, cursory glance would provide, I'd say you could probably experiment with putting an allow/accept rule very early on in your firewall ruleset for the IP address you want to "exclude". It'll still get banned, but it shouldn't matter (since chain traversal should hit your allow rule first).

Even better, read the fail2ban documentation carefully to see if this is a feature already provided (i.e. an exclude list).
