extracting .tar.bz2.gz file need help


i cant figure out how to extract these files. will someone please help me out?

I think the names of these files have had some extra extensions added on. This happens to me when I write to a Windows file system from Linux in my laptop. I would make a copy of these files in another directory and rename them to something like:
Make sure bzip2 is installed and issue commands as root or sudo:
tar jxf ktorrent-3.0.0.tar.bz2
tar jxf Azureus_3.0.5.0_linux.tar.bz2
Tar may also extract them without renaming them.
