Extracting frm iso's


hi,

I need a method to extract the files in iso images

when i make an iso image using

"mkisofs .... 1.iso <path to contents>"

Then how can i get back the contents of the 1.iso back

when i lost my contents plz note that 1.iso have not been

burned on a cd...

Any ideas..

Easy:

1.) Go to a terminal
2.) su
3.) Type root password
4.) mkdir /mnt/iso
5.) mount -o loop </path/name-of-file.iso> /mnt/iso
6.) cd /mnt/iso
7.) ls

Everything in the iso will be in /mnt/iso!!!
