Extracting chapters from bluray disc

Hey!

I'm looking for some tool, command or anything else to extract- or see the exact chapter timecodes of a blu-ray disc (can jump to chapters in VLC, but it doesn't show milliseconds).
Does such a tool exist for linux?

Thanks in advance!

edit: solved, tsMuxer did the job
