Extension Manager crash in Openoffice 3.1 ubuntu 9.04
Hi
I installed Openoffice 3.1 in Jaunty, but when I tried to install some extensions, extension manager crash and a message saying that an error with a file has occurred.
I search for this problem in others forums, and one of those said that eliminating or renaming the user directory in .openoffice/3 work.
I did it, but don't worked at all.
I reinstall oo 3.1 twice, and the problem persist.
Again, digging for this problem, I found that could be something relative to a protection issue in my Ubuntu installation -like user permissions- , that avoid that I do something like access some programs like Nvidia Server Setting directly, and I have to going trough SUDO in console, to make changes and save the file.
The thing is, I cann't change the user permissions for the file system, because this broke down the system and is in this group where the .openoffice/3 directory is.
Thanks a lot in advance for your help.
