ISO extraction
 
I know it has been a while since this post has been put up, but maybe this will help someone who searches and finds it.

I use AcetoneISO and it works great. It is a gui, and when it installs, it puts a context link in the right-click menu, so all you need to do is right-click on an ISO file and one of the options is to use AcetoneISO to open it, and then you can copy files from the mounted ISO image.
