exit code 2 -- pppd
 

guys,

i have the suse 8.1 and the trendnet 56k ext modem, but when i try to connect with kppp, appears the exit code 2

insmod: insmod: a module named slhc already exists
Check manually if the module is loaded (lsmod), if it is then you can prolly ignore this one.


pppd[1762]: unrecognized option 'passwordfd'
You should verify your pppd config. Prolly the "fd" is just a typo.

i have given uo getting my modem to work i cant even use it
