exim/clamav problem

hi there,
anyone familiar with exim and clamav?

have activated in exim.conf:

av_scanner = clamd:/var/run/clamav/clamd.sock
acl_check_content:
# Reject virus infested messages.
warn message = This message contains potential malware ($malware_name)
malware = *
demime = */defer_ok

exim_mainlog shows:
malware acl condition: clamd: ClamAV returned /var/spool/exim/scan/1DLf2w-0000iL-5I: Access denied. ERROR
.... Warning: ACL "warn" statement skipped: condition test deferred:

as /var/spool/exim/scan is set to:
drwxr-x--- 2 exim exim 4096 13. Apr 12:24 scan
I added clamav to the exim-group, restart, but nothing

any hints?

exim 4.43, clamav 0.75
