exim and smtp relaying for selected domains

Hello.
I've got a question about configuring exim on a server with multiple domains. There is an WHM installation on a server and it's sending emails via exim. Since one domain name was blacklisted by two blacklist servers, I need to relay it's mail through other domain name and other smtp server.

The WHM serves 8 sites with ther own domain names. I can't figure out how to do a relay for emails for two domains only, through other smtp server. What setting is it?

Thank you
