Example command listing dependencies for an executable :

ldd /usr/bin/<executable>
... and see 'man ldd'

.....
If your question is about a more complex application, e.g. a
game also using some data like /usr/share/xyz/data/images/xyz.jpg:
Run the start command in a terminal, and watch the reply text.
Missing files will usually be asked for.

And of course there is no general dependency list for an
unknown executable.
Tell us which object the question is about .. or have a look
in the documentation / manual for the application.
.....

This is your fourth thread on what appears to be the same basic question. In the future, please keep related things together---OR: Provide links to other threads showing how everything connects.

Not possible the way you state it. The post above shows how to get it for a specific application.

Please give us some context----e.g. what problem are you trying to solve?

Fedora 8 hit END OF LIFE about a year ago
THERE is NO support for fedora 8 . No Updates , No security fixes, no nothing
and the software repos have BEEN MOVED into the archives -- that means
yum will not work any more unless you hack it

It also has OPEN and UNFIXED SECURITY holes , that will never be fixed

Please install the current Fedora 11
