Question Ex-Windows admin needs shared calendar

I am a recovering Windows admin who replaces her last Windows server with Mandrake Linux servers 5 weeks ago. I have learned to absolutely love Linux, and Open Source software. I now find that I need an application for shared calendars to replace that feature of Exchange that we used. Is there such a stand-alone application that can provide me with shared calendaring? Obviously, I would prefer something easy to install, but I think I am up to the challenge of compiling the program my self. Can someone please suggest such an application? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

OpenGroupware should do what you want, but there are a few other options.

I've never used them, but:

Kolab - http://kolab.kroupware.org/
phpGroupWare (web based) - http://phpgroupware.org/

Suse also has a boxed product called OpenExchange if you'd like commercial support.
