Again, you miss the point or you're just trolling. It's not Elvis we don't like, it's people who waste our time with nonsense and sarcasm.

The only thing that's 'complex' is trying to get you to answer a question or state a goal. AGAIN: support for exfat has been built into Linux for YEARS at this point. Typing in a mount command is all you need to do. No mystical person at Red Hat who knows it...again, common knowledge. Your 'Redhat people' (note: it's "Red Hat"), must be complete morons if they didn't know this. Either that, or you're plain lying about knowing anyone at Red Hat.

I liked Elvis. I did not think the sarcasm was appropriate at that time since what was pointed out could readily be found with a quick search on either google or wikipedia.
Also, since your RedHat person could not answer the question you just threw it out here (with blatantly wrong assumptions)-- apparently without even bothering to try a simple search.

LQ is very valuable, but most of us expect those asking questions to at least make some reasonable attempt to help themselves. If needed, most of us will bend over backwards and go the extra mile to make sure the question is answered. I just hate seeing people, and there are many, make no effort to help themselves and instead leach off the hard earned experience of others.

As the old saying goes "If you give a man a fish he can eat for a day. If you teach a man to fish he can eat for a lifetime".
Another way of looking at it is that something you earn is valuable to you, but something given to you has little value.

I'm getting off my soapbox now....

Very noble thing to do, only these days there are fishing companies profiting on fishing contracts.
So I guess if you look at it from their perspective, diluting a fishing forum until it's nothing more than an advert for canned fish would be your top priority.

As far as the topic goes, I've personally had no problem with vfat or exfat, some problem with ntfs 8 years ago but nothing critical.
