Evolution using local mail spools
 

Can somebody help me with a couple of queries with Evolution.

I have only one mail account setup which uses the local mail spool in /var/spool/mail.

In order to update the display I need to click on another folder such as 'sent items' and then back to my mail folder in order to see that I have new mail. Can this be changed.

I want Evolution to act like mutt or pine and move read emails to the 'mbox' folder and I want to be able to view this from evolution, I am sure that I had this working a while ago!


Can anyone help
