Evolution problem
Okay, I'm currently using Evolution for my mail, but when I ask it to receive my mail it only returns with the new mail... Is there an option for it to receive ALL the mail of the server?
Well, what mail are you looking for? Once mail is downloaded, its on your client end that your using to download. All new mail is the mail that was ready for delivery. Am I missing something here or are you trying to accomplish something totally different?

I'm looking for old mail. When I started using evolution I clicked receive mail but it showed no mail, so I sent a email to my account and it showed on Evolution, but I want to view my old mail still on the server.

Unless you specified it from the beginning to save on the server, that old mail is gone if you've deleted it from whatever client/software you were using, etc.
To check for accuracy, just telnet into your mail server to verify how many messages are on the server.
