Evolution not filtering spam
I am using Fedora Core 3 and Evolution 2.0.4 and seem to be having a problem with Evolution filtering out the spam. I get about 100 spams a day and have been training the filter on a daily basis but I have yet to see anything go into the spam box unless I send it there.
I went to tools > settings > mail preferences > junk mail and put a check next to 'check incoming mail for junk' but it has made no difference. I thought that maybe I had to set up a filter but it would not allow me to choose the 'Junk' folder as send to option. Is there an option that I am missing? Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am drowning in spam! Thanks. Todd |
Your probably better off creating your own rules instead of relying on the program to try and determine what is spam and what isn't.

Yeah, I am starting to see that but you would think that Evolution would catch at least one or two on its own, that's what makes me think that I have a setting wrong but I sure can't find it. Guess that it's time to come up wut my own rules now. How many ways can you spell mort*gage and v1agra?
