Evolution: How to CC each time I write to a specific person?

Hi.

Working with Ximian Evolution 1.4.6, I'd like to CC an email address each time I write to a specific person. I tried by creating a new user with <foo@domain.com,foo2@domain.com> but it doesn't work.

Any suggestion? Thank you very much.
