evolution exchange client setup

Hi,

I am having problem in setting up evolution for Microsoft Exchange client on Linux Fedora Core 3 system. I am getting this error while sending mails "Error while performing operation" and it says "Your account does not have permission to use <abc@asdf.com> as a From address..".

I am able to receive my mails from Exchange server, but I am not able to send mails... strange thing right!.

My Evolution version is 2.0.4.

Please let me know if some one knows answer for this.

First off, make sure you have set up Evolution properly. If so then check with a system admin to see if you have permission to log in

Thanks for the information.

I am able to use my mail through web, so I don't think there is a problem logging in. As I said earlier that I am able to receive mails and also able to send through SMTP but not through Microsoft Exchange.
What I see in "Receiving Options" we can specify windows username, but not in "Sending Mail". How does it will login for sending mails, it uses the same username mentioned in Receiving options?
