evolution config
 
is there a way to configure evolution (1.2.2) to check mail automatically when the program starts? (like mozilla-mail and other programs can)

in the Tools > Mail settings you can tell that evolution should check for new mail every X minutes. The first check will take place when you start the program.

not for me :(
i have it set to check every 10 minutes and I still have to hit the send/recieve button to check for mail when i first open it.

I've set it to two minutes and leave it open on destop 4, next to that I have Gkrellm allerting me if there is new mail.
