Evolution 3.2.3 where does one get accurate troubleshooting information

I use Evolution 3.2.3 running under Ubuntu 12.04 (64-bit) for my business e-mail. I have placed question on various forums, but have not been able to get answers for such questionss as:

evolution moves (on its own) mail folders and makes them subfolders; how does one restore the file structure?

evolution sometimes allows moving multiple messagaes at one time from one folder or subfolder to another and at other times, I get an error message that says the folder does not exist when it really does.

I hope those responsible for Evolution 3.2.3 will step forward and identify themselves.

This is just a user forum. I doubt "those responsible for Evolution" ever visit this forum. If you have issues with Evolution, you should take them up with the developers, and a starting place can be found in the Help/About menu of Evolution.
