Evolution 3.10 : filters logging

Is there a way to enable logging of filters' work in Evolution ?
the trick portion is - i don't run GNOME , so no gconf-editor for me . And as such https://wiki.gnome.org/action/show/A...rs_not_work.3F doesn't work.
