Evolution 2.4 and Exchange

I recently upgraded to Evolution 2.4 and the new exchange-evolution plug-in. As you may know one of the new features of the new plug-in is that it removes the Exchange button. That's fine, but how do I get access to public folders now?

If anyone can help me out here, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Daniel
