evolution 1.4.4 gives "relocation error" -- help?

I'm using Mandrake 9.1 and I've just installed the rpm version of evolution-1.4.4. When I try to run evolution, I get this error:

Quote:
evolution: relocation error: /usr/lib/evolution/1.4/libeshell.so.0: undefined symbol: ORBit_skel_class_register
Now, it may help you to know that I jumped from 1.2.4 to 1.4.4 and I had to upgrade a buttload of libraries, and perl/perl-base, to get evolution to install via rpm.

Any help anyone can offer?
