evince displays a windows-like filename

When I open either a pdf or djvu file with evince, it displays the name of the file as something like, "C:\Documents and Settings\sxt703\Local Settings\Temp\_e4g163ah2f95farq.pdf". Is this normal for Evince? Perhaps it's always been like this, but I did just notice it after I had run dosemu (aka dosbox) a few days ago.

Evince works fine, but I do find this way of naming the file quite curious.

I use Debian Lenny, with fluxbox, on an old Pentium III.

Okay. I think I figured it out. If a pdf or djvu file has a title, such as "C:\Documents and Settings\sxt703\Local Settings\Temp\_e4g163ah2f95farq.pdf", or "(Times new Roman 14 pt type, since pdfs shrink the appearance of the font", or "Official Report", then that is what will be displayed (the first two examples showing that whoever created these files did not create a title, but instead allowed the computer to automatically create a title). When there is no title, then the proper filename is displayed in the top window-frame. Does anyone know how I could either change the title of some of these files, or how I could direct evince to display the filename, rather than the title, in the top window frame? I just find it annoying to see these inane references to settings from whatever Windows computer that some of these files were first created on.
