Wine is probably available through your package manager, I beliebe fedora uses Yum. To run something with wine you type into a terminal "wine [name of .exe file]"
In case you haven't already looked, the transgaming website is where you can get cedega. It is supposed to be a bit better at getting windows programs to work, but you have to pay a monthly fee to keep it updated. I'd say it would be better to try wine in case you can get things to work without having to pay extra.
