Question "/etc/ld.so.cache.d" is related to which RPM?

Hello all,

Could anyone please tell that the folder "/etc/ld.so.cache.d/" is related to which RPM? I mean on adding which rpm this folder is created. By default this folder is not present. I am using RHEL 4 U4 AS.
