Wine uses a fake windows directory and a bunch of configuration files that are all stored in the ".wine" folder of your home drive. If the rpm made it for root, you're in luck, and you can just copy it over and it should work fine. If not, then you're in for a bit more work. Inside .wine, you need a file named "config" where you enter config settings, and then 3 registry files "system.reg, user.reg and userdef.reg", as well as your c_drive folder (or whatever you wish to call it), which should in tern have the basics of the windows directory structure. Read online for more help on how to set this up.
