error while running the lex program in fedora16

Hi
can any one solve my problem?. I have installed flex tool and i am trying to execute a program. The program has compiled and when i was trying to run the program i got an error as:

"/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ll
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status"

Can anyone please give me solution

# yum install flex-static
