realflow.exe
is a MICROSOFT WINDOWS program!
that exe part in the name is a Microsoft ONLY file extension
install that on a Microsoft Operating system
Windows7 or 8
and after spending $2000 to $4000 USD for a program
http://www.realflow.com/rf_2014
you can spend $200 for the microsoft OS to run it on
and this looks like a very EXPENSIVE repackaged version of " Blender"
the physics engen and fluid sim in the BGE is rather nice

realflow.bin could be a legit linux installer
I agree that for 4000$ windows is basically free unless op is trying to run a demo or pirated copy

Although many UNIX and Linux programs don't use a file extension, that is only to make them into easy commands. Many applications will use a script to configure a run, then directly invoke a .bin or .exe file. Consider for instance soffice (a shell script) which invokes soffice.bin (the main LibreOffice binary). Other operating systems also use .exe extensions consider, for example, OpenVMS.

TO REPEAT !!!!!!!

Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]

as per the possible fix stated in that error
Did you set that ?

there should be a script to launch that bin file
so
did you set the variables in it ?
