Error while compiling IKE-SCAN tool

I'm trying to compile IKES-SCAN tool (nta-monitor.com/tools/ike-scan/) but I got this:

C compiler cannot create executables

I don't know how to fix it, maybe compiler is screwed.
How can I check if compiler is working?

Here is what config.log says:
Code:
This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.

It was created by ike-scan configure 1.8, which was
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.59. Invocation command line was

  $ ./configure
