Hello,
I configured and built a custom kernel of mine, and it needs initramfs image because the scsi support (my HDD is SATA) and the filesystem support are moduled. So, I downloaded mkinitramfs, took a look at the man page and tried to build one. Got the following:
Code:
$ mkinitramfs -o initramfs.img-2.6.26 2.6.26
which: no ata_id in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin)
cp: missing destination file operand after `/tmp/tmp.WFPITx8TCC/sbin/'
Try `cp --help' for more information.
------------------
Error has occured!
Any help? I didn't use the one from the complete initramfs-tools, because the distro I am using (paldo) doesn't have such package, and it doesn't seem to have a source available.
