Error starting Opera

When I try to start Opera I get this error message:

Opera encountered a problem during plug-in setup.
Plug-ins will not work properly.
Check your installation.

Could not start plug-in executable 'operamotifwrapper'.
/usr/lib/opera/plugins/operamotifwrapper-3
Please install Motif.

Plug-in path
(Path can be modified in Preferences dialog)

/usr/lib/opera/plugins

Any idea what this might mean and how I might correct it? Thanks.

The error message seems to explain itself.

Could not start plug-in executable 'operamotifwrapper'.
/usr/lib/opera/plugins/operamotifwrapper-3

Do you have /usr/lib/opera/plugins/operamotifwrapper-3? If not, Please install Motif.

Then, if need be, Plug-in path (Path can be modified in Preferences dialog)
