We are connecting to a FTP server in Chile (Argentina), the server has directories on it that we can go into, but we have discovered any directory with a "cedillia" on a letter, as in the image, we get the following error..

How would I go about solving this, I am using Filezilla, we are base din South Africa and the language region settings on the pC are set to English UK
