Error message when burning CDs

I have been getting error messages when I burn CDs. I have tried a few CDs now. Is this a problem with the CDs or with k3b?

I have included attachments of a screen shot of k3b's output on the desktop. Also the debug report.

Thanks

Judging by the debug output there's no problem w/ the burning, and
you only get an "error" when k3b is trying to verify that the burn
was successful. Are the CDs actually OK, have you managed to mount
them manually after the burn?

I burnt some Cds for a friend and he played them in his vehicle and there was some glitches in the sound playback at places. I can mount them on the computer; doesn't give a popup like other CDs for auto mount. Why would I get an error from verification? Should I ignore this?

Thanks

Hard to say ... You may want to try throttling the write speed
to 4x rather than leaving it open; there's a pattern of cache
being depleted, and write speed dropping. Maybe the recordables
and your device aren't 100% compatible for high speeds, maybe
your mates car CD player doesn't handle them nicely.

Cheers,
Tink
