Error loading plugin on gYachi-E

lugin '/usr/local/share/gyachi/plugins/gyachigpgme.so' could not be loaded because of an error:

An error occurred initiating the plugin.
System Requirements: GpgMe (gpgme 0.3.16 or better), GPG 1.0.7 or better

Location: /usr/local/share/gyachi/plugins/gyachigpgme.so

I have libgpgme11 1.1.2-2 and libgpgme 0.3.16-2 along with both the -dev packages and the plugin for GYachi still gives the above error.

Anyone know what I might be missing?
