May be look at the error output before and after the text in post #1.

# cpan
cpan > install RT::Action::SLA

.... Will show a different text.

So will 'make test', when it is run in a manual build :
cd RT-Extension-SLA-0.03/ && perl Makefile.PL && make && make test
http://www.cpan.dk/authors/id/R/RU/R...LA-0.03.tar.gz

And an advantage with the manual build is that you can do # make install
and then find out, if things actually work.

Another thing : Some of the perl packages available from the repositories
with # 'yum install' did not pass all tests. But you won't see that, when
they are installed as rpm packages.

About test : May be a "time module" for the tests is missing ?
( Time::Business, Business::Hours etc. ? )

..

Thanks for your reply, and that is what I did install it manually using make

and below is a reply form the Ruslan Zakirov

Usually tests for RT extensions are executed by developers. It's ok to
ignore test results.

Thanks and best regards
