Error in while installing vmware
 

Hi Everyone
i am trying to install vmware server ,it got installed but when i tried to start i am getting below error



The following VMware kernel modules have been found on your system that were
not installed by the VMware Installer. Please remove them then run this
installer again.

vmci
vmmon
vmnet

I.e. - 'rm /lib/modules/2.6.18-308.4.1.el5/misc/<ModuleName>.{o,ko}'



Please help me ...

it would help to know some of the needed facts in order to help
from "2.6.18-308.4.1.el5"

that "el5"
tells me that you are on some form of
red hat 5 ?
or
cent5?
or
SL5 ?
or
clear5 ?

but without knowing .........


what operating system is this?
and what version of 5 ?

also what version of vmware
and how are you installing in on this Linux OS

it is cent os 5.5 i386 and VMware-server-2.0.2-203138.i386 .....


i have installed that vmware it working now but when i treid to install virtual machine i am getting below error

if i try to to install the plugin it will come firefox is not compatable.
