Error during installation of j2ee

I am trying to install .bin file of j2ee but it is giving following error

umesh@ubuntu:/media/disk-1/B.tech[/email]_project$ chmod +x j2eesdk-1_4_03-linux-ml.bin
umesh@ubuntu:/media/disk-1/B.tech[/email]_project$ ./j2eesdk-1_4_03-linux-ml.bin
./j2eesdk-1_4_03-linux-ml.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can anyone tell why such error is coming?

Very old software like j2ee version 1.4.03 requires old libraries.

The latest package with the file was for Ubuntu Dapper :
