Missing package as said by @ gnashley , but you never told us,
which Linux, you are using ?

Like Redhat EL 5, Ubuntu 9.04 , Fedora 11 .
Please tell, every time a question is asked.
.. Unless it is a secret .. ..

Then we can inform about the exact package name.
