Hello Every1(Including *nix geeks ),
Am a newbie and i just installed mandrake a day ago,i wanted to install enlightment(got the rpm from rpmfind),i downloaded the 11 MB enlightment,the enlightment-conf file and stuff,but when i install i get the error saying :
Conflicts:
libfnlib=0.4 is needed by enlightenment-0.16.5-12mdk.i586
enlightment-conf is needed by enlightenment-0.16.5-12mdk.i586
libFnlib.s0.0 is needed by enlightenment-0.16.5-12mdk.i586
libhttp.s0.1 is needed by enlightenment-0.16.5-12mdk.i586
I have installed libmagik and all other rpms needed for enlightment and also installed libfnlib,libfnlibghttp and other packages,what do i need to do now?is there a problem with the downloaded enlightment rpm? or what?
I want to try out enlightment as i have heard a lot about it and want to try it.I have only the first mandrake CD.Help is appreciated.Thanx .

sal,how will u send me the 3 disks,by post?or by any other means,please tell me.Thanx .I will contact you though and just as i was thinking of removing mandrake i happened to see this page(http://www.anycities.com/user1/salpa...dows_isnt.html) ,Okay,I will give linux anoter try as i have sm56 pci motorola and i cant connect to the net thru it,(I do so with WINME).But let me give linux a chance(I still dont know how to compile,recompile,and all makefile stuff),but let's se.We live in interesting times,Please post a reply to this indicating the mode thru which u can send me the CD's if it is thru post,i can find out the cost Involved and thanx .
