Enlightenment iconbar?

I'm using Enlightenment on my Debian box, and I'd like to have an Icon bar on the bottom middle with some icons of the programs I use a lot, so I can access them without going through the menu. Is this possible?

Also, how can I launch certain programs when Enlightenment starts?

I don't use an iconbar, but I know it's available

As for launching programs at startup: the easiest way I found is to open the program you want and right-click on the title bar or click on the left title bar icon (depends what theme you're using). You should get a menu with "close", "annihilate", "iconify", etc.

Go to "remember" and choose "restart application on login". You can also specify on which desktop you want it to open, as well as other options.

Thanks for the remember feature info, works good! But how can I use this feature for apps without a border (xmms, gkrellm) When I right click them they give me their own menu.

Also, I do need to run gnome-settings daemon when enlightenment starts, and I would like for it to be automatic.

Thanks

Putting entries in /home/yourname/.xinitrc should work. Either put the executable name or "exec /path/to/file" eg
Code:
gkrellm &
exec /usr/bin/gkrellm &
The ampersand at the end keeps the startup process in the background
