enlightenment conf

okay i just installed enlightenment, and i have two questions that need an answer in order for me to have peace of mind:

1: How the hell do i remove that huge thing that pops up everytime i leave my mousepointer idle on the desktop, telling me what will happen if i click it?

2: When having different background images on all virtual desktops, how do i make my transparent aterms use the current one as its pixmap?

If you right-click on the desktop, a menu will pop up for various configuration options. One of the options is called "tooltips" or something to that effect. Enter that one, and uncheck the box for "enable root window tooltips" and hit ok.
