Enlightenment 0.16.6 + GNOME 2.2

Hello all,

a few day's ago when I saw enlightenment 0.16.6 was released I installed it immidiatly on my SuSE 9.
I hoped the combination with Gnome would be good again so I could use my favoroute combination again witch didn;t work since I changed to gnome 2.
unfornuatly when I started gnome from eterm in enlightenment everything started, but not everything worked that good, menu's witch won;t open etc.
So I tryed the other way around and in Gnome I killed metacity and tryed to start enlightenment with kill -9 metacity >> enlightenment, or with kill metacity && enlightenment&, this would work at all.

Anyone of you know a good method to run this good?

AFAIK, gnome 2.2 does not work with enlightenment anymore.
