Enabling True Type Fonts in X

i am running suse 8.2 pro, i have upgraded it and installed Microsoft True Type Fonts from suse server. now i cannot enable them. anyone out there who can help me on this. i appreciate any response :)

I found this site:

to be extremely useful. KDE now looks wonderful. Just follow it through and it's relatively easy.
