Enable Adobe flash player on demand?

Could anybody tell me how to enable Adobe flash player on demand and disable it whenever I am done?

I HATE THIS STUPID THING DISPLAYING AD ALL THE TIME.

If you use Mozilla based browsers, you can install an addon called flash block.

Firefox won't let me install the flashblock.

The installation works fine for me using Firefox 2.0.0.6. I got flashblock from here.
