embeded eterm

guys im getting very frustrated. I'm trying to "embed" eterm onto my desktop but I can't get rid of the stupid black thing thats remaining...

someone please help

here is a pic so u can see what I mean:

and here is the command I am using:

[startup] {Eterm --name pin2desktop --shade 0 --borderless true --trans --scrollbar false --buttonbar false w 3 -x&}

[app] (pin2desktop)
[sticky] {yes}
[Layer] {12}
[Hidden] # hide it from the iconbar
#some optional parameters
[Dimensions] {330 242} # it just fits nicely for me
[Position] {0 0} # put it in the upper left corner
[Deco] {none} #
