--i want this reminder will automatically sent when user sent their email without need to write this reminder. means all email sent by user will display that reminder when email opened

This adding of disclaimer to all outbound e-mail is through a sendmail milter.(if using sendmail) Which means you would implement a third party utility. See: Milter :https://www.milter.org

Add "Inline HTML Signature, Inline TXT Signature and Sign Clean Messages" options in MailScanner


Also serch for third party tools for "adding disclaimer to emails server"

For above signature you can use normal mail signature option in email client.
