Emacs-Rails completion

Hi!

I need some help with Emacs and to be more precise Emacs-Rails.

I want to have some kind of autocompletion of methods and variables. I found a feature that shall do that but I really cant get it working. The tool I'm trying to use is Rcodetools.

When I for example do "this is a string". and then M-x rct-complete-symbol I get "End of file during parsing" and in *Messages* I get (Shell command failed with code 1 and some error output) unwind-protect: End of file during parsing.

If anyone know of any other feature for autocompletion I'll be happy to try it!

Thanks!

I use ruby-mode. But the closest I can come to a completion there is dabbrev-expand. And thats only for stuff within my project.

RCodeTools has this feature no matter what object. That's what I'm looking for!
